What will channel partners do?
• Represent EAE Technology in the designated regions exclusively.
• Provide product training and technical support.
• Manage customer satisfaction.
• Promote the products. All mutually agreed demand generation
costs will be shared.
• Order management: Partners will work on commission and take
the orders.
• Authorise customers (only system integrator companies) to
register to our online sales platform and to have discounts.
• Direct end users to system integrator companies to find the best
solution, installation and commissioning.
• Manage inventory, logistics and billing.

What will we do?

• Show our channel partners as
official representatives of EAE Technology
in our web site and e-shop.
• Provide ready-to-go “online sales platform.”
• Provide high profit margin for our channel partners.
• Provide best prices for the customers.
(i.e. for the system integrators)
• Manage marketing campaignes.
• Provide clear contract terms, product return policy, easy rules and
discount structure.
• Provide technical support & order processing and payment tools
and support.

What do we expect from channel partners?

• At least 5 years of KNX System Integration experience.
• Resources for remote and on site technical support.
• At least one engineer having advanced KNX certificate.
• A showroom to demonstrate products.
• A warehouse for inventory management.
